On the Run (or Walk)

We've had lots of opportunities to get outside and get moving this spring; most recently, Eli participated in a Fun Run at his school, and we walked Crazylegs as a family.

Warm Thoughts on a Cold Day

Since it feels like a winter day today (brrrr!), here are some random pictures that bring a warm smile to my face.

Love that face.

Love this face, too.

Splash, Slurp, U-Rah-Rah!

Here are some happy pictures to send happy vibes to our Badgers playing tonight!

Splash!

The kids received swim caps at the start of their most recent session of swim lessons. There was much excitement, as each child received their favorite color - purple! teal! the joy and thrill of it all!

Wearing purple and feeling like a big kid

The swim cap is best complimented by a cheesy smile

Slurp!

If there is free ice cream to be found, we will find it. How nice of the weather to cooperate to make it an eat-your-free-ice-cream-outside day!

Hurray for twist!

The ice-cream-loving gene is strong in this one.

Do I have a little ice cream on my face?

U-Rah-Rah!

As you may imagine, there has been a bit of basketball excitement lately around this town. We went to the pep rally to send the team off to the Final Four. The kids liked hearing the band play, and spent most of their time in the arena looking for Bucky.

Go Badgers!
