Sunshine and Warmth

We escaped the never-ending winter to soak up the Florida sunshine for a week. The kids had a great time playing with their cousins, digging in the sand, swimming, and checking out the marine animals at Sea World. Hopefully we stored up enough sunshine and warmth to get us through the last few (please, let it only be a few) weeks of cold weather here. While we wait for spring weather to arrive, we'll just have to live on vacation memories for awhile!

Eli inspects the rental car

Warm weather, new hat (thanks, Aunt C!), ready to roll!

Big bathtub means all-cousin bath time

Uncle P and Eli hit the beach for some serious sand-castle building

Evelyn digs the beach, too (pun intended)

Our favorite morning activity

Yum!

Getting some work done on vacation

They have trains on vacation - yay!

Vacation is a good time to relax

The big boys participate in a beer dig

Girls in shades

Walking through Antarctica in Sea World

First theme-park ride experience - going to see the penquins

Pa, Mimi, and Eli visit the penquins

Trying to stay warm in the 32-degree temps...actually, it feels a little like home

Evelyn was thrilled by the dolphin show

"oohs" and "ahhs" for the dolphin show

How fun to be strollin' side by side

Isaac strollin' through Sea World

Kinsley strollin'

Only that sweet face could convince Daddy to share his ice cream

That's pretty great!

Now that is a nice big brother - sharing ice cream while strollin'

"Wasting away again in Margaritaville..."

We made it out to eat! With 4 kids under the age of 4!

Even got in a round of (mini)golf on vacation
