Oregon

Our first official vacation as a family of four took us halfway across the country to the lovely state of Oregon. We spent half of the trip at a beach house on the coast in Waldport, and the remainder of our time in Corvallis, visiting family. The kids (and the adults) were champs on the very early morning flights there and back. We basically determined that we must always fly as a huge multi-generational group to have plenty of hands for passing babies and luggage and dealing with whatever comes up during the trip! Eli loved the beach (our home sandbox greatly pales in comparison to the real thing), and he was in awe of his older cousins, who kept him on the run and having fun all day long. Evelyn learned to nap in her crib/pack-n-play while on vacation, which was the best souvenir for this mom! It was such a treat to be in a beautiful location while getting to visit with so many of our family members. And now for the pictures:

All aboard!
